Bryant Chapman always knew he wanted to become a veterinarian. He grew up on a family farm at South Rockwood, Michigan where his family raised club lambs, hogs and cash crops.
He was very active in 4-H and this led him to attend Michigan State University (MSU) in 2012 where he studied Animal Science. While at MSU, he was involved in feedlot and swine research as well as livestock judging. He became a member of the 2015 MSU Livestock Judging Team. Today, Bryant continues to work with 4-H youth teams and judge shows in the Midwest.
In 2016, he was accepted into Virginia Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine where he continued to explore his passion for production medicine. Bryant received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2020 and joined Dr. Minton’s staff at Four Star Veterinary Service in Chickasaw, Ohio.
Bryant lives in Dayton, Ohio. In his free time, he enjoys attending livestock shows, going to the lake, and working with his family’s club lamb flock in Michigan.
