Leslie Yazel, Chief Operating Officer

Leslie Yazel attended Ball State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in merchandising with a minor in marketing in 1987. 

Agriculture has been a significant part of Leslie’s life as she grew up on a mixed-grain and cattle farm in southern Rush County, Indiana. She and her husband continue to be a part of that farm as part owners of a Black Angus breeding production operation.

Leslie has 32 years of experience in management and project coordination with eight of the years in a swine veterinary practice, Veterinary Care and Consultation, P.C. Leslie was involved in the start-up of Four Star Veterinary Service back in 2005-2007 and was excited to see the growth of the group into eight locations in six states.

Leslie re-joined Four Star Veterinary Service, LLC, in February 2019 as the chief operating officer after working as the administrator of a multi-location physical therapy practice for 12 years.

As the chief operating officer, Leslie’s mission is to be the driving force to implement the owners’ mission and vision for the business. She works closely with the owners and office managers to facilitate communication and implementation of key initiatives within the company and with its business partners.

Leslie along with her husband Greg live in Decatur County, Indiana. They have one adult son, Austin.
