Daniel Hendrickson, DVM

Daniel Hendrickson grew up in the Farmland, Indiana, area, immersed in the commercial- and show-hog industries. These experiences helped him decide to pursue veterinary medicine for his career. He attended Purdue University and received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. He is also a graduate of the Executive Veterinary Program in Swine Health Management.

In 2016, Daniel and his wife Telynda purchased Stoney Creek Veterinary Service and Consultation, P.C., from his uncle Dale Hendrickson, a well-known swine veterinarian who started practicing 45 years earlier. Stoney Creek is one of the original four clinics that founded Four Star Veterinary Service. The clinic has two veterinarians, including Daniel, who are licensed in 13 states. Telynda is the office manager.

In late 2020, the Hendricksons purchased the former Swine Veterinary Service of Michigan, another FSVS veterinary clinic located in Holland, Michigan. Staff at this clinic includes 2 veterinarians, including Daniel.

“Being a swine veterinarian allows me to make an impact in an industry I care so much about both professionally and personally,” he said.

While Daniel focuses on commercial swine production in the practice, he helps the couple’s two children, Hadley and Hogan, with show-animal projects outside the office.
